CPS is Crap!!! I have never missed a payment. I have 2 accounts that were purchased from Fireside Bank. I usually make my payments over the phone(Free for colorado residents)....frequently I have had to wait up to an hour on hold…

I have had a ruff year. i have fallen behind 3 months in payment. I worked it out with CPS and still have my automobile. Fair is Fair. Nothing in this world is free. So come on people, it's not the companies fault that things get ruff.
